Red Robin Gourment Burgers in Big Flats

A spectacular Red Robin! It would have been a five star only, I have noticed that recently the quality seems to have dipped a bit. Waiters aren't visiting the table as often as they used to, so suspect they are overworked. Also, sadly, the last time I went the food was still delicious, but apparently "rare" means "well done" to whomever was in the kitchen that day. Never had those problems at this one until the last year or two. However I choose to chalk it up to isolated incidents, as so far the majority of my visits have been nothing but great.

Great atmosphere! The wait staff always seems happy to be there and the food is incredible. Meat eaters and vegetarians alike will find hearty, tasty meals here. A total 'would recommend'!

Always polite friendly service. Food is predictable and good. If not for the service though it would just be a slightly expensive burger place. My stars are more for the employees than food.

It was nice but nothing spectacular. It would be a second choice. It was clean and good Covid practice.

Tonight we had 8 people in our party. Our waitress spent our entire dining time talking to another family with her back to us. We were not the only party not being served by this waitress. Also, the clam chowder was cold and lumpy. The BLT wrap was delicious as were all the burgers. The food was great but with only three waitresses on duty and one pg, seems as our waitress was not terribly interested in working. 2nd time out since COVID...and not pleasantly or adequately served.

The restaurant was very clean, no wait in line on a Thursday about 5:30. Our server was very friendly and very patient with us since our youngest wasn't very interested in making a choice on what to eat. The food was very good, and the honey poppy sauce was amazing. Our youngest even wanted to make sure to take hers home.

Great, friendly staff, and nice burger selection. Personally, I really appreciate the bathroom supplies cabinet in the bathroom. Also, they have liquor!

We had a great time with the waitress Amanda. She really brightened our day and made my wife and I laugh... We arrived tired, cranky, hungry and miserable. We left happy and full. The pretzel bites she suggested were awesome! The burgers were great and an overall good time was had. What's not to like?

This place is a very family friendly restaurant with great food. The burgers are the best item and they have great flavor. There are bottomless options that includes sides and beverages. Those items are okay. Overall great value and flavor.

Service was not very good. Burger bun seemed old and was falling apart. Burger tasted like a cheap burger King burger.

Burgers and onion rings were great but I could have had better burgers at Five Guys. But they were closed already at 6pm for Christmas Eve. But the food was fresh and the server very nice but the burger was way too much to eat the whole thing. But not many people in the place for 6:30pm on Christmas Eve. I was looking forward to the Cod burger that I had the last time I was here but couldn't find it on the menu? All I saw were fish and fries platter?That was a great burger, you need to bring it back!
